City backs housing incentives plan for Orbit Room project

Developers Scott and Spencer Wierda, of SW Real Estate Investment, got city backing March 31 for a 132-unit housing project called Lake Eastbrook Apartments at 3538 Lake Eastbrook Blvd. SE in a vacant lot that once housed the Orbit Room.
